Archaeologists searching a system of deep caves reveal intact skull of ancient species, finally proving the existence of the much-rumoured mining colony, referred to as ‘Brütes’.
A primitive society, it’s said they worked in small splinter groups to mine diamonds and jewels all over Earth to supply an interplanetary market they didn’t fully understand. The reason for their ‘extinction’ is still not known; it was a volatile society, with evidence of brutal battles breaking out between rival groups to control the supply chain. Official government sources strongly deny the existence of any such historical colony, but critics and conspiracy theorists warn Brütes are still among us, extorted by World leaders to continue mining hidden treasures to appease advanced off-world civilisations.
